INFO: This seed stock was harvested in sunny and dry locations here in the Sapphire Mountains of Western Montana. Its lovely yellow/red flowers are quite awesome at feeding many sorts of pollinators, and the flowers are one of my favorites. A Montana and Rocky Mountain Native perennial. It will love a non-irrigated or irrigated flower bed, so please choose your fancy. BEAUTIFUL.
HOW TO: Mix seed with fine sand for even dispersal of seed and spread in a permanent bed from the colds of Winter to the early Spring Rains. Cover with 1/8” of sand/dirt and water weekly the first season to help establish. Enjoys crappy gravely dirt to nice rich happy dirt with excited hungry earthworms.
