Perennial Zone 5-9
STORY This seed lot was either grown by me at the Missoula Grain and Vegetable Farm, or my friend Mr. David Lau on his leased farm ground…both located in Stevensville, Montana. Native to California and the Southwest. It is also the state flower of California and a pollinator favorite. There are NO addictive compounds in this species and a beautiful and medicinal when harvesting roots and/or flowers.
INFO Direct sow in permanent spot with early Spring rains. Not a fan of transplanting. Seeds need sunlight to sprout…do not bury seeds please. Might take 21 days to sprout. Enjoys most soil types. Water twice a month if needed. Thanks. :)
